Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been processed, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (US): 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total.
Split Shipments Some orders may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, don't worry — the rest of your order is on its way!
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are outside our control.
