How do I get the dress or suit I bought tailored with my purchase?
First step buy a suit/dress, when buying it will ask if you if you would like a Shorten Sleeve or Hem, select yes or no. If you select yes then you willl be contacted by your email or phone number for your measurements, so we can tailor it to that exact length. View our measurement guide in our menu to get instruction on measuring yourself, or use the contact form in our menu to request assistance on measuring yourself and we will give you a call and go through the process with you.
Are any purchases final sale?
No, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 7 days from receiving it to return it. Use our contact form to submit a refund notice and send it back to our address. Look at our refund menu for more instruction.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Will my Suit/Dress look exactly like it is on the photo?
Yes when you select one of our many colors and styles of different suits and dresses, you will get exactly what you choose to purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
